After fifteen years as a teacher, coach, and administrator, I learned how to guide people through stressful moments, simplify complex decisions, and deliver consistent results. Those skills carried naturally into real estate, where I’ve become known as the guy clients call when they want a seamless experience from start to finish.

My tagline, “You Know a Guy,” isn’t a slogan. It reflects how I work. Sioux Falls has been home since I was eight. I’m a product of Hawthorne Elementary, Axtell Park Middle School, and O’Gorman High School, and I’ve earned degrees in Elementary Education, Educational Technology, and Educational Administration. This background helps me communicate with clarity, think strategically, and operate with the kind of professionalism people appreciate during big life decisions.

I’m known for bringing energy, authenticity, and steady guidance into every transaction. Away from work, I’m a proud dad of three and someone who recharges near water or on the golf course. My years as a coach and mentor show up in how I support people: encouraging when helpful, direct when necessary, and always focused on delivering a strong outcome.
